- Our Mission is to reduce alcohol related accidents, injuries, and fatalities, by creating Community-wide awareness about impaired driving and by developing transportation alternatives to help people who have been drinking make better choices about driving.

- To provide 1500 Free Taxi Cab Rides in Central Virginia,.
